Nidra

Mantra Nidra meditations are held on the first Monday of each month at Govinda's Lotus room.
For me it was the ultimate chill out experience. A beautiful journey taking me far, far away
from the harsh realities that city living brings.

This form of meditation provides the perfect mid week escape from the cares and worries
of my racing mind, finacial hardships and more recently a relationship breakup.
I needed to find my sacred space, I like how this yoga combines sleep and breathing two things
I do really well!
What to expect:

Set in the tranquil, candle lit Lotus Room with the soothing sound of the fountain's running water,
one lies down on the soft blankets, close one's eyes and drifts away.

6:15 - Doors open for a relaxation chill out music experience

6:45 - 7:00pm - Meditation through music for peace & tranquility

7:00 - 7:20pm - deep rest/relaxation - meditation for the body & mind

7:20 - 7:30 - Pranayama (meditation of the breath) for harmonizing & balancing the life airs & energy flows

7:30 - 7:50 - Silent mantra meditation to journey within & experience the beauty of the inner self

7:50 - 8:00 - Re-entry musical sacred sounds

Drift away, and wake up to a new found peace that radaints inside you....
